Hey There!
•Are you a commission stylist looking for a change? Or a Cosmo/Barber student graduating soon and looking for some hourly paid hands on assisting before jumping into a commission position? At our shop, you can set your pace to line up with your interests and comfort. If our mission fits your energy and our core values line up with yours, let's schedule a chat to see if we're a good fit.

We are a green circle Aesthetics Collective affiliated with the dresscode project located in Midtown KCMO.
We pride ourselves on making our clients feel heard, accepted, and comfortable.
Starting out you'll learn our processes and efficiencies by working side by side with the owner, Chelsea. You'll help hands on AND have one on one creative coaching sessions for establishing personal/professional goals and create systems and strategies to target areas of focus to help hit goals.
We'll outline a roadmap together but the general map consists of:
-ASSISTING and getting comfortable with the systems and procedures in addition to sharpening your skills behind the chair; hourly
-until you're ready to "HYBRID" into assisting in between taking clients; hourly against commission
-then onto primarily servicing your own clientele; commission

about our location
We are located inside the Historic Wonderbread Factory at 30th and Troost. There is an off-street lot and wonderful street parking.
We have exceptional foot traffic from the 83 residential units, 2 restaurants, multiple nonprofits, pediatric office, gym, and pinball arcade within the building, and the surrounding business like Metropolitan Community College, Ruby Jeans, Operation Breakthrough, and the Department of Education.
We are fortunate to be located at the hub of Troostapalooza and so many community engaging events. We have wonderful amenities for clients like beverages and snacks, but we also have some for our Collective as well! We have, in unit, tanning, break room, photo op station, and a creation station color play area. Within the building we have a complimentary gym, breadbox lounge, and a lovely skyline rooftop view.
We have in house, in town, and destination education opportunities as well! We are also proud to announce we have been a finalist for The Pitch Best of KC BEST SALON 2 years running.
